Melissa A. Feldman
Of Counsel
My legal career for over 25 years has been devoted to helping people resolve conflict. Initially, I primarily handled litigation cases, assisting my clients in court and dispute resolution.
I joined Resch, Root, Philipps & Graham in 2018. Since then, I have focused my practice on estate planning, special needs planning, guardianship and alternatives to guardianship. I also assist clients with probate and trust administration and fiduciary litigation. As a mother of two grown sons, I am gratified when I can help families “plan for bright tomorrows.” It is a privilege to work with clients to create a plan for their loved ones, or to help guide them through the estate administration process. Working with families of individuals with special needs is particularly rewarding.
When I am not practicing law, I enjoy spending time with my family. Watching my sons grow into caring and thoughtful young men is my greatest joy.
